The Allroute is designed specifically for this purpose; rock&lock buckles on the leg loops and two rock&lock buckles on the waist belt enable you to center the harness after audjustment of the waist belt size. The waist belt and leg loops are nicely tailored and wide, and both are generously breathable and padded with good, firm foam.
